1986 chianti rufina marchesi de frescobaldi
Bottle of red wine Chianti Rufina Marchesi de Frescobaldi castle of Nipozzano Riserva from 1986, 75cl. Chianti Rufina constitutes one of the most important historical areas of wine production in Tuscany, located north-east of the city of Florence, on the slopes of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines. The first historical evidence of Rufina wines dates back to the early fifteenth century. In the eighteenth century, with the Edict of the Grand Duke of Tuscany, official recognition arrived, and Cosimo III classified the wine produced in this area, among the best four in Tuscany. Emblematic wine of Castello Nipozzano, historic Frescobaldi estate a few km north-east of Florence, Nipozzano Riserva is the symbol of the Tuscan wine tradition and of the indissoluble link with the terroir.
